Our company is located in Vienna, Austria and from here we ship all our parcels. We take great care that orders are shipped out as soon as possible. We usually ship out the next day or even within the same day (as long as it is not a weekend or Austrian Holiday).
Please bear in mind that depending on the country you live in, it might take up to a few weeks for orders to arrive and order timely if you need the films for a certain project or on a certain date.
Most orders from Europe will be sent via a private carrier like GLS, UPS or DHL as they offer far better tracking than Austrian Postal Services and are the cheaper option. All parcels sent via private carrier are insured. In the unlikely event of a parcel being broken at arrival, please let us know immediately and send us a picture so we can file a case with the carrier.
Orders from the rest of the world will be shipped via Austrian Parcel Services, which offer limited tracking, but are more cost efficient in these parts of the world. For USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and China we offer optional express shipping. Please add this option to your shopping basket in our webshop if you would like to speed up shipping from a few weeks to only a few days. Parcels with express shipping option will be sent via a private carrier like UPS or DHL.
